Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
Late Arrival
We offer a 15-minute grace period. However, arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure the next guest is not delayed, and the full service fee will still apply.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Dream Day Spa gift cards. Payment is collected at the conclusion of your services.
Group Bookings
For parties of 3 or more, please contact us directly. Advance notice and a deposit are required to secure the reservation for large groups.
